GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The number of persons occupying the bungalow must not exceeded the number stated on the contract, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
To contribute to the quietness of the neighborhood, there will be no visitors after 10:00 p.m..
Pets are not accepted .
The swimming pool can only be used by the occupants of the bungalow on their own responsibility.
BOOKING:
The advance booking payment is 25 % of the total rent with a minimum of 150 euros.
The booking will only be confirmed once payment has been received.
The remaining rental payment should be paid upon arrival, using either Credit Card or cash (no personal check accepted).
If the advance payment is not received within 5 days, your reservation will be automatically cancelled. This bungalow could then be rent to someone else.
CANCELLATION:
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, you will only be charged the advance payment.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival date, you will be charged the full value of the booking.
In case of anticipated departure during the rent, whatever the reasons, no refund will be made.
You have the possibility of taking out a cancellation insurance with us (TMS CONTACT company).
AIR CONDITIONING:
The air conditioning system is turned on from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m..
ARRIVAL/ DEPARTURE:
Bungalows are available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
They must be vacated before 12 noon on the day of departure.
INVENTORY:
Upon your arrival, you will receive an inventory list for the bungalow. Should you note any discrepancies, please make them known to us within 24 hours. Claims made beyond this delay cannot be accepted.
END OF STAY CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the tenant will leave a deposit of 30 euros in cash or check. This deposit will be retained should cleaning not have been done or only partially done upon departure.
DEPOSIT:
Upon arrival, the tenant will provide his/her credit card details or 150 euros in cash (against a receipt) as a deposit for the bungalow. Check cannot be accepted.
INSURANCE:
The tenant certifies to hold an insurance policy covering all members of his/her party in terms of civil responsibility. Salines Vacances cannot be held responsible in the event of theft from a bungalow.
